AHRA Conference for Dep. of Architecture
This annual conference is hosted in Oxford this year 2006 and I am building a web site for them. AHRA is an acronym for 'The Architecture and Humanities Research Association'.
Here is a sample page for the project

The AHRA Conference web site is live. There are still a few gaps, but the site has all the information for delegates to the conference.
This site is built as static HTML which is OK, but we would benefit from some delgate login and maybe some user generated content.

Here is version 2 after client feedback. This is better - cleaner and with the sponsor logos at the top. The image at the top takes a bit too much depth maybe.

I have worked on this over Easter. This is a working prototype of the home page for the AHRA Conference.
The basis of the design was given by the client. The image and basic layout was proposed. Implementing this was a bit tricky because the repeating brick wall on the right needed to be always there whatever the size of the window and height of the content. Getting this working in Internet Explorer for Windows was achieved through ‘conditional comments’. More difficult was Internet Explorer for MAC to look right. I know this is not supported any more but you never know!
Here is the prototype
