Opera annoyance

I fixed a problem with Netscape 6 and now it seems to be busted in Opera. I needed to make the block that contains the school name positioned absolutely for Netscape 6. This causes a 30px gap on the right to appear in Opera. This seems to be because Opera positions the block from the right margin (30px) that is set on the body rather than from the window edge.

I am now looking for a way to deliver CSS to Opera in isolation or Netscape 6 in isolation. Solutions tried so far seem to deliver the CSS to more browsers than need it!
