Color Fool
Yes, that’s me. A fool for colo(u)r. I love it on the screen. It’s as brilliant as a church stained glass window seen on a sunny day.

Colo(u)r (more on the spelling in a moment) is different on screen. Paper is a reflective medium and the screen is a 'projective' medium. The light from the screen, seems to shine 'through' the color just like a stained glass window. I have written elswhere about pantone colors and in that article I mentioned the Art Director's ToolKit. I make a lot of use of this application from 'Code-Line'. It has now been updated to version 4. Check this out here They also have a very interesting application called 'Color Consultant pro' which adds science and art together to help you create color schemes and palettes.Colour or ColorA few years back people like Apple and Adobe bothered to have UK English versions of software. We found the word 'colour' on the menus and in the documentation. Not any more. We have to get used to 'color'. I find myself using it more and more. ....
