I now use Alan Little’s fantastic Phorm 3.0 to create forms for user feedback and enquiries. This software uses PHP to email the contents of a filled form on an HTML page. The documentation is comprehensive and easy to understand.

The form is sent for processing to a PHP script. There are options to have the data written to a text file or a database. Phorm is very flexible and for that reason the configuration can be tricky. I soon got the hang of it though and it will make some aspects of my job a lot easier.
