I haven’t had the time to read this book through yet, but I have enjoyed listening to David Allen in conversation with Merlin Mann on the 43Folders Podcast

It’s all about putting things in the right place. Clear the in-tray and have things set up in order of priority. These rules apply to email particularly, but if you have a lot of projects on the go at once, then this book is for you.
