I don’t normally recommend books on software, because they go out of date so quickly. But this version of the software really tackles CSS very well and encourages the separation of content from style. The layout mode really does perform very well, even with complex CSS hacks implemented for browser oddities.

Dreamweaver version 8 is a milestone version.
