Amazon give access to their API for free. All you need are the programming skills to be able to use it. This book will give you loads of ideas for how to integrate your own web site with the rich seam of information lurking within Amazon’s data.

I am using the Amazon API in 2 places. You can see it in action right here. These images and basic information abou this book come from Amazon. I have tried various techniques but currently I am using a module based on the work here.
